All designs, graphics, logos, product images, and text appearing on this website and in our products—including t-shirts, tote bags, mugs, and all other merchandise—are the exclusive intellectual property of Tails and Threads, unless otherwise stated. These works are protected under UK, EU, US, and international copyright and trademark laws.

Copyright Protection

Under UK and international copyright law, any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of our designs is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Copying or reproducing our designs for resale
  • Uploading our designs to print-on-demand platforms (e.g., Redbubble, Teespring, Amazon Merch)
  • Creating derivative works without written permission

Copyright applies automatically upon creation. Any infringement may lead to takedown notices, financial penalties, and legal action under the DMCA, Berne Convention, and other global copyright frameworks.

Trademark Protection

Product Materials & Print Disclaimer

Material Composition

  • T-shirts: Gildan 64000, 100% ring-spun cotton (Heather colours may contain polyester)
  • Hoodies: Gildan 18500, cotton/polyester blend (exact blend depends on colour)
  • Sweatshirts: Gildan 18000, cotton/polyester blend
  • Tote bags: Cotton or polyester depending on product listing
  • Mugs: Ceramic with sublimation or heat-transfer printing
  • Caps: Cotton or cotton/polyester blend depending on style

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing

DTG printing may result in slight variations in colour, placement, or texture.
A mild vinegar-like scent or temporary discolouration may occur due to fixation agents and will fade after the first wash.

Product Care

Please follow care instructions provided with each item.
Damage caused by incorrect washing or handling is not considered a product fault.

Product Use & Safety

  • Ceramic mugs are not guaranteed microwave or dishwasher safe unless stated
  • Tote bags and t-shirts are not intended for industrial, protective, or medical use
  • Products are not suitable for children under 3 years unless specified

Limitation of Liability

We do not accept liability for:

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials or inks
  • Damage due to misuse, improper care, or third-party cleaning
  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use

Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the item.

Third-Party Fulfilment

All items are made to order and fulfilled by third-party providers. Minor variations in products or print results are expected and not considered defects.
