Refund policy
All of our products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not hold inventory and are unable to offer exchanges or returns for items ordered in the wrong size or due to a change of mind. This policy is clearly outlined in each product description, size chart, and confirmation email sent after your order is placed.
We strongly encourage all customers to review the sizing guide carefully before completing their purchase. If you’re unsure of the best fit, we recommend selecting one size up for comfort.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or if an error has occurred on our end, we’re happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.
All items are shipped from the nearest distribution center to your delivery address. This made-to-order model helps reduce waste, minimize excess inventory, and lower our environmental impact — a small but meaningful step toward more sustainable shopping.
